Stopping him from being bullied?

My friend is being bullied by someone I know, what can I do? Please list source.

I can't list a source, but first I would tell your friend to try and ignore the bully, but if it proceeds then you need to go to a higher power (ie. if it happens in school then you need to seek out the Principal or a Counselor, or even a teacher, if it happens outside of school you need to seek a trusted adult (parent, grandparent, neighbor, older sibling)). If it gets violent or vulgar then you need to contact the authorities.

Well, sometimes it's a good idea to talk to someone who will be able to help. Someone with "authority". The you can act a fool. Get a big a** weapon of some sort and let that friend approach the bully first. Then she should say, "See what I got in my hand? This is for you. I've had a pretty bad day and I'm not in the mood for your shi*. If you don't want to get disfigured by this thing in my hand I suggest you fu*k with me today." Then let's see what kinds of problems your friend will have from there.

This sounds like a school thing. If it's near or outside school [yes i know i sound like a teacher] tell the princapal. Before you do that you should talk to the person. If the person is unwilling to stop, talk to the consuler. Then go to the princapal. If you feel more conferable use humor, but don't take it too far, just enough to get them annoyed, and leave you alone. Also remember there is strength in numbers, so try to have yourself, or his friends around if it's a single bully they most commenly leave you alone.
