.rar files to mp3 or other?

I have .rar files that I would like to burn in a CD but i DO NOT KNOW wich program to use, or how to change those files to mp3 or another type of media? Please help. Thanks.

rar files are like folders, they have files inside them! you wold need winrar or another program to open them!

to burn them to a cd, all you got to do is take the files and drag and drop them to your cd drive in my computer! after that you open the folder click file then burn to CD and follow the wizzards instructions!
