(Somatic=body; preoccupation=having something basically already loaded on your brain's harddrive so when you boot-up every day, there it is). It is worrying about one's body - like a hypochondriac.

Did you ever see "Joe vs. the volcanoe"? Great movie. Tom Hank's character was incredibly concerned with whether he had a tumor or something and kep going to a doctor until he heard what he wanted to hear - that he was sick.

Is it thinking to much about physical things- such as physical health instead of concerning oneself with spiritual things or mental health?
