What is the difference between GPRS and EDGE?

EDGE is faster, about 240kbits per second, GPRS is up to 48kbits per second.

You have 5 standards wap-wap 2.0-gprs-edge-3g.

edge is inbetween gprs and 3g. Its basically faster than gprs, but slower than 3g.
