HELP need specs for setting a gov on a Detroit Diesel 6V53?

Can anyone help me get these settings or the how to info? Thanks need to know asap...

It all depends on the type of governer used on the engine, and the application the engine is being used in. Detroit Diesel has a real good tech support, but they will need to know the following info that I asked about
