does cingular have thos new elderly people cell phones the ones with the huge bottons?

I know they have the firefly for children. You program I believe up to 5 numbers.

and Has emercency.

Unfortunately, they do not offer something in the way of what you are looking for. I guess there just isn't a high demand for those type of devices.
