Antartica is not a country. No one lives there, it is only used for scientific study and penguins.

Antarctica is not a country and so has not participated in any war as "Antarctica". Parts of Antarctica are claimed by different countries but they have sort of agreed not to use it for military purposes. There was some thought that Nazi Germany might constructed military facilities there during WW 2 but this did not happen.
For an introduction to Antarctica you might have a look at this:

Good luck.

Not hardly. No one lives on the continent of Antarctica permanently. There are some seasonal scientific bases there, but that's it. There are only about 3 types of vegetation, all along the sea, and only one type of land animal, penguins, that live there permanently. There is also an international treaty to use Antarctica only for peaceful purposes.

Actually, yes, Antartica did win a war. If I'm not mistaken, a group of non-aviational water fowl, led by Emporer Penguin, attacked the forces of Seelyon. Seelyon was mightily ferocious and was nicknamed the "Lion of the Sea" or Sea Lion (not to be confused with the chicken of the sea which is in fact a Tuna which is a totally different species). Anyway, it was a bloody but quite proper affair as some of the beligerents came to battle in the dinner jackets and bowties. In the end, King Seelyon was victorious....but only by a whisker.

The Great Penguin War of 1922.

The continent has no indigenous populations beyond birds like penguins. By long series of treaties, there may be nationally-claimed exploration zones, but the convention has long been that it is for international exploratory use. Some folks a while back wanted to mine coal and it was quickly nixed. (You didn't seriously think there were countries there did you?)

I can say with complete confidence, Antarctica has never lost a war!

This is a joke right? I mean nobody is that stupid. By international decree, Antarctica is open to all nations for scientific study only, and no country may lay claim to it.

There is no standing army anywhere on the Continent.

Actually, I thing Anubis fought SG-1 and the Asgard over a secret weapon, but that is just a rumor!!
