We pay them to do a job. With our blood, sweat and tears. This job is not done, THEY ARE KILLING OUR PLANET AND IT MUST STOP! I want to fire them. What is our alternative. Show me, who is doing it right?

Then fire them already. Stop using the product that people are selling that kills our planet.
Remember, just because you fire one, the next one usually does the same thing.
Once you stop the $$, they are done.
