ok after i got out of school me,my dad,and brother went to the store to buy gro.and i been trying to have a great day by helping a little girl but while we were checking out i looked at gerard's picture so i opened it and looked in it and i passed his picture so i went back to the page and i guess it was a interview but it said gerard:practice makes perfect and no practice does not make perfect but it's what yalls guys think and if u don't know my chemical romance or if you don't know gerard don't anser cause if you do and you don't know anything about him you will not get best anser

That's what he says.....if you have it then great, improve on it, but if you don't, no amount of practice will make you better. Every star says that to give kids of the future hope.
