The monopoly game we had back when we were kids was missing all the little silver playing pieces, so we came up with our own set using small toys and other items from around the house.

Well I always wanted to be the boot but my mom would take that one and she had seniority. So I played with the thimble. When I play with anyone else tho I insist on the boot.

i think it started out being the shoe then when the pieces were lost it was a broken lego piece

i always ended up as the thimble... i don't know why, but i never seemed to be quick enough to get the piece i wanted... someone else would always get the dog first... i mean, who wants to be a stupid dog anyway... thimbles are way cooler

Either the Thimble, because it reminded me of Peter Pan...or I would be the man riding the horse, because it reminded me of the poem "The Highwayman".
