Have Muslims killed more Americans, or has America killed more Muslims?

I'm pretty sure that America has killed more Muslims. By about a factor of 1,000.

So why are some Americans acting like the victims, and bemoaning the response from "moderate Muslims"?

Where is the apology from moderate Americans?

Americans killed more muslims !!

Just in iraq 650,000 muslims are being killed while only 3000 deaths among the troops ! and 50,00,000 total Muslims in iraq and Afghanistan combinely !( difficult to type even )

And about muslims killing muslims so there is again a story behind....This has started now after the US attack that they are fighting to each other before that they were only in fight with the governament !! And i had read a report where Seymour hersh An american journalist has exposed that white house is funneling money to Suuni jihadist groups like Al Ansar ! and they are then carrying these fights and killings...so apparetly the muslims are killing muslims, but who is at the back?? and even if they are killing themselves ...........is it necessary that America should also kill them? Why don't america just let them die on their own and why it is participating even more in it?

What response from Moderate Muslims are you speaking of? There is more than a little information missing, in order for me to attempt giving you a response.

However, as a Moderate American, I can fairly say that we've had a checkered past with Islamic states since our First diplomacies. Tripoli and the Barbary Pirates would be a great place to begin researching the relationship. Do note, however, that the first nation to recognize the United States of America was an Islamic state.

And as to the principle question, since Muslims can be Americans, this question allows for people to be disinformed into believing we are "crusaders." The Crusades ended in the 1300's. That's approximately 800 years ago. We are not and have never been crusaders. It also may lead people, then to believe we are a "zionist" state. I hate to inform people of this, but, we are a secular governance, in America. We are not "crusaders," nor are we "zionists." Go try to entwine religion and politics in a devisive and seditious manner elsewhere, please.

Plus you have to factor in the insurgency, which is radical Muslims killing each other and killing moderate Muslims.

Look, if you belong to a group and every single day there are dozens of people killed in that group's name, wouldn't you be shouting from the rooftops, denouncing the violence? Wouldn't you do everything you could to stop it? Wouldn't you consider that maybe, just maybe, it's not silly to believe that there's a problem with the group itself and with its philosophy and history if so many people are committing atrocities in its name?

You can argue that this may or may not be true of America in 2007 but it's been true of Islam since 607.

Yeah, you're right. In Iraq alone, it's about 3,000 U.S. to 54,000 Iraqis: http://abcnews.go.com/US/wireStory?id=2900982 . (Of course, Americans were not personally or solely responsible for all 54,000 of these deaths; I'm sure many of them involved Muslims killing Muslims.) However, I'm also pretty sure that far fewer than 54,000 people died in the Sept. 11 attacks.

Anyway, all of this is due to the plain fact that Americans think (if not consciously, then subconsciously) that American and white lives are worth more. Millions of people died in a natural disaster in China? That's OK. They're only Chinese. 200,000 blacks in Sudan? Sure. No big deal. Seven U.S. soldiers in a car bombing? We're indignant and pissed off as all hell. How dare some non-Christian colored person even conceive of killing an obviously better white-skinned one!

After all, if they worship the same god, they are all guilty of any crime committed by any one of them.

Trying to be intelligent while toking up just leads to foolish type questions. Where in the world did you get your mis- information.On 911.how many Americans were killed by a handful of muslims( in their usual sneak mode).Of all the muslims killed in Iraq ,again the number of muslims killed by Americans is a comparatively small when you consider how many of their muslim brothers have killed. Get your facts straight before you engage in debates.

Hopefully America has killed more Muslims! Muslims start to attack America, then America gets motivated and goes on the offensive. Since the US is better in combat than pretty much anyone, it's clear that they have killed more muslims at this point.

Of course, considering that some muslims have been in the American government system (which allows the killing of millions of Americans yearly through abortion), technically you could say that Muslims have killed more Americans.
