dampen the shirt and put liquid laundry detergent on the spot and let it sit for 10-15 minutes before putting the whole shirt directly into the washing machine to be washed normally.

If that doesn't work and the shirt is white, put some diluted laundry bleach on the spot, let it sit for a minute and then rinse the bleach solution off.

Soak in cold water then with the good old fashioned bar soap used for washing clothes , Give a good rub with soap leave the shirt free from the water say 1/2 or so then back to cold water give a rub add more soap then pop it into the washing machine on a normal wash. The best way when using this soap is to hang your clothes outside in the sunlight. as the sun will finish the rest of the job by bleaching out the stain the natural way

Mix ammonia with laundry detergent and put it onto the stains. After 15 minutes wash them. Before putting them into the dryer, see if the spots are gone. If not, repeat the process on the damp shirts and let it sit for 30 minutes this time. Then wash them again. If they're still stained, buy new shirts!

Try some peroxide poured directly on the stain the sprinkle a little baking soda on it. Let sit for 10 or15 minutes then launder with white clothes using bleach, that's if you are talking about white shirts. Otherwise, use color safe bleach.

Have you tryed pouring lemon juice on them. Let set, then wash as usual. Line drying the shirt in the sun, will help after washing it. My mom used lemon juice to remove sweat stains back when I was growing up, & it worked. She used the lemon juice that was in the bottle, not the juice from the plastic lemon.

I'm assuming this is from perspiration ,which usually takes the color out of clothes, So here's what you do, take 1part vinegar to 4 parts water, and soak them for a couple of hours, and then wash as usually.
