A few years back I just googled "100 Outstanding Works of Fiction for College" and I got a ton of lists. A few of the books I remember included: Wuthering Heights, Pride and Prejudice, Atlas Shrugged, Brave New World, Farenheit 451, Animal Farm, War and Peace, Lord of the Rings, Jane Eyre, Crime and Punishment... gosh, those are just a few of the ones I remember but obviously there were a hundred on the list I printed out. Can you give us some idea what this is for? Do you want to educate yourself? get prepared for college lit classes? Impress your friends? Just bored and looking for a good book? I mean there are dozens of topics and thousands and thousands of books. Do you like fiction, horror, biography?
