Take them to Dreams Resort in Cancun. They have a kids club and many activities for the girls. Two beaches, good food, no wrist bands or reservations for restaurants. The best is 24 hour 7 days a week room service. Close to shopping and the water is calm.

Try the all-inclusive Iberostar Resorts in Riviera Maya. There are 4 or 5 resorts all right next to each other and you can use the pools, restaurants and facilites of all of them. There are kid pools and lazy rivers as well.
