Something that smells disgusting because you can't turn off your nose. You can always close your eyes.

I think the smell would be worse
but then the disgusting look
could also cause a lot of stinky smells (with people being sick)

Oh something that SMELLS disgusting any time. I can handle anything that looks gross but smells do my head in everytime. Smell is connected to taste which is connected to nausea...which is connected to the knee bone, which is connected to the thigh bone...

Smells because it really does affect how you feel. Seeing only kinda grosses you out because you easily forget afterwards how gross it was. But the smell sticks with ya!
