yes!!! I have this myself. puree avocado with sesame oil and geranium oil (three drops with one avocado and 2 TBSP oil) smear and let soak for a bit. instead of using face wash use POND'S cold cream. put it on your face like a mask every time u take a shower, and rinse it off last. will moisturize with the steam.

Use tender cream cleanser by estee lauder. It is a cream based cleanser that can be tissued off or washed off. Also, go for a good moisturizer. Stay away brands that young girls would use, like clinique. those products that target the younger generations tend to have ingredients that dry the skin out. They add these ingredients because most adelescent girls have more oil in there skin. Go to the estee lauder counter and have a skin care consultation. I promise you will fall in love. A lot of times they have packages where you get a cleaser, repair product, and mositurizer for a great price!! Hope this helps. P.S.-The cleanser runs about $19.50

You should make sure that the cleanser you use is formulated for dry skin. Cleansers that say they work for all skin types usually don't work well for dry or oily skin. I'd also suggest that you use a different moisturizer that is made for very dry skin. If you'd like to try a free sample of Mary Kay Intense Moisturizer or the Cleanser register on my website and I will send you some samples. The cleanser has enhanced hydration and the Intense Moistuzing cream hydrates your skin for up to 10 hours.

I have the same problem. Whatever you do, do NOT use anything with salycilic acid or benyzol peroxide because these are meant to treat acne so they will dry out your skin. Also, don't wash your face more than once a day. My dermatologist gave me Ovace face wash. It's very gentle and actually makes my skin so much healthier. Plus, it cleared up my acne. Also, I use Neutrogena moisturizer twice a day.

Mary Kay TimeWise Skin Care is the best stuff I tried. I love it. My face is softer and glowing with no age spots or wrinkles. And it's safe for sensitive skin like mine. Also try the Hydrating Moisturizer.

what works for me is washing my face with Aloe Vera.
Buy the plant, cut off a piece, rinse it well, and squeeze out the gel like substance. After splashing your face with water, massage this gel on your face like you would with a regular cleanser. Leave it on for 30 seconds and rinse it off using plenty of water. Use this in substitute of a regular face wash. It will both moisturize and soothe your skin.
