there's lots of Assistive technology out there for people with disabilites. Try Dragon: Naturally Speaking or JAWS

Try opera. ( opera.com ) Its a browser that responds to voice, you can "tell" it to go to the last page you have been in. Or.. You can highlight text, and it will read it to you. Hope I helped. =]
