What does "Peeps in the hood" mean. Please help!! I have a shirt that says that, and my mom wont let me wear it until she knows what it means!

Obviously, being in words and word play, it's exactly that.
Peeps could mean people or baby chickens.
Hood could mean sweatshirt with a hood or neighborhood.
So it's just a cute little play on words.
I have one with red-riding hood says "it's all good in the hood".i think it's a riot.

Tell her it means : Little baby chickens in the top part of your hooded sweatshirt.
