How do I get windows on a floppy disc?

it would take about 10 disks for windows system.if you have a cd rom and can get into setup you can boot up from a cd.
do you have another computer to make a startup disk on?
you have to say what windows version you are using, like win95-win98.

the only windows you get on a floppy disk is windows 3.11 this is going back more than 10 years.

you can try and google up the toshiba boot disk. they should have it on their site if it's a new laptop
