The Brits say the Journalist Terry Loyd was unlawfulling killed and that their soldier was unlawfully killed by American soldiers so what does it mean and how can they find this way in the inquests and the US military say otherwise when the have their own hearings into these 2 cases.

unlawful killings is self explanatory...lawful killing of persons simply means that the law gives authorisation of such an act...for example the law allows police to kill in the course of thier duties thats lawful killing....the state kills people guilty of a criminal charge thats also lawful but where one kills without a lawful excuse...without authorisation of the law or cannot justify thier actions using law then its an unlawful killing....killing as self defence is lawful...killing as a neccesity is lawful...killing someone you hate isnt lawful and therefore an unlawful killing...get it??? soldiers kill lawfully according to thier law not the country which they occupy so what may be unlawful in a country..may be lawful in another so slodiers have immunity from the law of the land which they occupy!!!

Murder is normally the unlawful killing of another with the "intent" to kill.

Manslaughter is the unlawful killing of another, however, there is no malice or "intent."

Truelly a very sad event! My prayers for the families!

When you kill one of your own, allies included, you gotta get permission to do it.
