I have been writing humerous, sometimes controvertial, rhyming poetry for a long time. Would like to be part of some kind of community if anyone knows of any.

I would highly suggest writing.com if you are looking for a great community and good feedback.
Please do not submit your poetry to poetry.com-- they are a complete scam! They will "publish" anything in a bound anthology... so long as you are willing to pay for it.

You should avoid Poetry.com, as they are a money-making outfit, nothing else! They will publish your work, no matter how bad it is, and then 'invite' you to buy the books for a lot more money than it worth. They work on the basis that people will spend a lot of money just to see their poem in a book. They feed off peoples natural vanity. The books are filled with crap poetry (except the one with MY poem in it, of course) Yes, I was one of the suckers!

All Poetry is a good sit because you can post work and get feedback from other poets. You can also become part of the community on this site.

Spirit walker is a a very cool site,the poetry section is second to none,the site also looks at faith healing,tarot cards,reiki,crystal balls.mediums, the afterlife etc.The poetry section is submitted by anyone and is free,titles covered include,angels,miscarriage,death,friends and family,birth,humour,abuse the list is endless.

try on here, as!! what do you think of my poetry!! make them short cut and past from word as a sequal we can print them off and publish??? thats if they are any good.??????????think man,
or get a freind to post the question then you can cut and paste the whole poem just like most of the hard questions on here are answered from wicks, cut and paste!!
