I have to add a new field that counts how many people I have in a particular record. It counts perfectly, but only after prompting me for a parameter value. So I type in the value and no matter what it is, it is correct. However, the title of the field does not show up. How do I make the title of the field show up and how do I make it stop asking me for a parameter value? Thanks! :-)

There is some missing information here. Typically, Microsoft Access will ask you for missing values when a query is run that does not have access to the data. A query might be run anytime a report or form is opened for example.

I'd check your queries first, otherwise, you might need to do some troubleshooting and see what change is made that causes the problem.
