I've applied and interviewed at a school for my Psy.D. (Clinical Psychology). The program accepts up to 27 people per year and interviewed roughly 75-80. I was just informed that I am on the alternate list. I'm wondering what my realistic odds are for acceptance. Anyone know?

It depends on the program. Many of the students who got accepted probably got accepted somewhere else. When I went through the application process, I applied to 14 schools and got accepted to 8.

At the program I attended, we accept 10 a year. We usually had 8 or so alternates and typically 3 of those were accepted after others turned us down.

I'll also put it out there that I went through the process twice. The first time around, I didn't get accepted to the school I wanted so I waited and did it again. It's a pain and a lengthy and costly process. I won't even say it was worth it... But if it's something you want to do, keep at it!
