I really enjoy Gran Turismo 4 and I saw a PS2 at the cinema which had a motorcross game which looked very similar, from the screen shots I'd say same makers, can anyone tell me more about it, is it any good?

Some PS2 motocross games include Motocross Mania 3, MTX; Mototrax, MX 2002 ft. Ricky Carmichael, MX Unleashed, and MX Superfly. Sony published Gran Turismo 4, but none of these motocross games were by sony. there are a share of Motocross racing games out there, most notably the Travis Pastrana series from Activision, Ricky Carmichael's MX games, and the Jeremy McGrath series from Acclaim. But those are more motocross/supercross racing games with a little bit of freestyle thrown in. Midway decided to take a shot at the motocross genre themselves, but take a totally opposite route. Midway created a Motocross game that more resembles Tony Hawk on 125cc's of power, with a little racing mixed in. It was probably this version that you saw, as it came later and looked better than the others. Hope this helped!

Tourist Trophey is made by the people who made Gran Turismo 4, except the whole game is about motor bikes =)
I think it's that game, and yes it is good.
