I have a friend that likes this guy that doesnt even know she existes what should I tell her to do

If she has made herself known to him and he still is acting like she doesn't exist, MOVE ON! Somebody out there will appreciate you! You don't wanna waste your time on someone who wont reciprocate!

She needs to start talking to him. At least smile at him & say hello and see how he reacts.

uuuuuuuuuuuuum... you should tell her to find out about him, through other people, what he likes, his fav food, color, ect.
then she could flood him with presents, but IT NEVER HEARTS TO DO THE OLD FASHIONED "SECRET ADMIRERER" NOTE!
