Does anyone know this rap song?

Ok i had a burned cd with a bunch of underground stuff on it and i lost it or it got stolen but anyways, at the begining of the song there is a girl singing this...
"forget the platinum and the diamond rings,
our love is worth more than material things,
you say your always on tha grind,
im on tha grind tryin to get your time...."
then a guy starts rapping i cant remember any more its been like a year since i listened to it then it got stole or lost or something!!! please somebody help i know i loved that song!! Oh and I have already tried going to lyrics and music sites trying to find it!!!

The ony thing that I can think of is Missy Elliot & Ginuwine, "Take away the gold and platinum chains, cause I'ma love, love you anyway."
