turn off water under the sink pop the little cap off with a flat head screwdriver and unscrew the screw in there and take the knob off and use a wrench to unscrew the cartage and replace the washer and reassemble
if you talking about in the faucet then UN screw the filter and pull out the old one and replace with new one and replace the filter

Turn off water supply. Remove cover, should pop out with a screw driver. remove faucet, loose the screw on bottom. Remove and replace washer with the same size. Some have O ring replace it too. Reinstall.
