It is not an attractive campus. It is not in a particularly nice area of Philadelphia. There are some green areas, though.

Penn has the nicest campus within the Philadelphia city limits. The nicest campuses in the Philadelphia area are Villanova, Swarthmore, Bryn Mawr and Haverford. You can include Princeton -- if you consider that in the Philadelphia area.
