each place has its own beauty & attractiveness in varied ways. India has so much of variety & uniqueness that u cannot compare them with each other so it would be very difficult to say which is the most favourable place.

Udaipur, India is the City of Lakes. It's the best because there are lots of nice hotels like Lake Palace, in the middle of the lake, and many famous celebrities go there too...

Lake Dal up in Kasmir. Beautiful.
Ajanta and Ellora Caves nr Aurangabad, Amritsar, Hampi and Fatepur Sikhri would all be high on my list too.
