my sis babys farther is getting out of jail his year and he wants another chance.?

what should she do but when he was out he did not pay any child support at all he only write her when he is in jail what she should she do and he also dont believe in god another chance or what.

I think everybody deserve second chances if they appear or sound like they are going to make a willing effort to change. We are all human and we all make mistakes. Some of us make bigger mistakes and we are punished for it. He has done the time for his crime and if he is willing to be a better person and try to be a good dad, then she should start slow with it.
If he was in jail and not prison, his crime wasnt that bad that he shouldnt be punished for the rest of his life.
Tell your sister that instead of getting back with him as soon as he gets out, make sure he gets on his feet first. Like get a place to live, job, transportation and take responsibility for things. Then he can have visits and start to grow a relationship again with your sis and his child.
I have friends that have done time in jail and they arent bad people they just dont make right decisions. Human error. Good luck.

She sounds like a perfect match for an ex-con. I say she should stay together with him and have more kids. I know as a taxpayer they only took 50% of my income last year and I feel so guilty that they didn't take more. Tell your sis that me and the millions of other taxpayers are rooting for her to make more babies with a quality individual so we can support them.

your sister shouldn't want or let him back around she should make him pay child support and if she was married to him she should divorce him and heck no i wouldn't give him another chance and id get a restraining order
