Cow's milk is for baby COWS and NOT for baby humans.
NO cow's milk until 12+ months of age.
It can cause intestinal bleeding.
It can cause anemia.
It does not contain all the nutrients that a human baby needs.
Breastmilk or formula ONLY for a 2.5 mos old baby.

I believe you need to wait for about a year. A baby cannot digest cows milk at 2.5 months. If you are breastfeeding, then you should breastfeed exclusively for the first 6 months. If you decided to formula feed, you made the choice to spend money. You can't just save money by switching to cow's milk before your child is ready.

They need formula or breastmilk (breast is best!) until they are at least 10 to 12 months old. Babies don't eat food, so the mother's milk or formula provides baby with all the nutrition they need to be healthy and to develope. Cows' milk doesn't have all of that. In the first year, a baby will grow sooo much, that it is absolutely necessary for the extra nutrients! It developes their brains, skeletal growth, mental capabilities, motor skills, the list goes on!

No! Babies cant digest it properly until they are atleast 1 year. Cow's milk is like a mother's breast milk, filled with colostrum, the best milk, but the cow's milk are now being processed and filled with other ingredients that will be too much for the baby's digsetive system.

Pediatricians recommend starting children on cow's milk at 12 months of age. Cow's milk can be hard on their little digestive systems, cause allergies, and does not contain all the nutrients that formula does. You should call your pediatrician and get their input.

Okay, yes normally you wouldn't want to put a baby on cows milk. I put both of my kids on whole cows milk at 6 months and they haven't been hurt from that. the love milk and cheese to this day. If you do decide to put you kid on milk make sure that you have some baby vitamins to give him. Also if you do give him milk just dilute the mike with water. Yes it sounds gross but it works.

formula and breast milk are essential for a babies survival. formula and breast milk have all the vitamins the baby needs, since they cannot eat solid foods like us. if you start feeding your baby cows milk he will get really sick and lose a lot of weight. all mothers know that!
the best time and only time to start giving your baby cows milk is when he/she turns 1 years old!

Oh no. The hormones in cows milk arent good for babies under 1 year old. But then again, mothers have given their babies worse things and they survived. I'd discuss it with your pediatrician.

Allergy to cow's milk is one of the biggest allergy in babies. They cannot even digest it properly until 1 year of age. The proteins in cows milk are not digestible to little babies! They can't break down the proteins.

Not yet, his stomach won't be able to handle it yet, it is recommended that you wait until at least 12 months before giving your baby cow's milk.
