Most of the time....stuff I shouldn't t...stuff that just makes me feel worse....better to just leave the t.v. on and fall asleep...be-cause when I turn the t.v. off and TRY to go back to sleep, then
it starts...and so the other morning I just came back here to try and take my mind off things..until I was so tired that I could just
fall back to sleep right away.....at least for abit anyway.....
