Check your internet connection, go to start, run, type cmd to go to a command prompt, type"ipconfig" to see if you get an IP addrress, if you do then the webiste you are visiting may be down, check other websites, Yahoo, Google, etc to see if they are functioning.

Refresh the page

if it's just the one page, clean my internet cache. If that doesn't work it's the page itself and you cna't do anything

If it's all pages, I try web sites I have on my own computer. If that works it's the internet connection and I troubleshoot my DSL

If that doesn't work it's IE and I try Firefox (or vice versa)
If it's still not working it's something in the system and I reinstall firefox/IE

Try clicking on "refresh". If that doesn't work, back up and try loading page again.
