the only reason i put this up is coz ppl are saying in a question where a girl of 14 is trying to enter but ppl are saying that the age is still 16!

Personally I think 14yrs is to young. At this age they should be concentrating on school and getting good grades and not chasing some dream where competition is very high. I think it is very irresponsible of the TV company to allow this.
16yrs is ok coz at least they have finished high school and further education can be delayed. But most 14 year olds would think my education don't matter coz I'm going to be a singer. Well I say what happens when you don't make it and coz you dropped out of school you have no qualifications either!!!!!

how can a 14 year old hold their nerves on stage in front of millions? and if they do make it then dont you think its to young? look at all the people who made it young ,
m/jackson, robbie, britney, would it really be great for them?
