hey, are you my twin :P? we have like the same name and the exact same problem!

I would wait a while and drop hints that you like him, but say it in a way so that you can laugh it off and call it a joke. See how he respondes and find out if he might be interested... I think my friend like me kind of the same way now... or is at least open to try something... I'll act soon and we'll see how it goes :P! But if you are truly sure he is straight then nothing you do is going to change that.

This sure is a hard question... because it hurts so much being with someone you like and not being able to do something, and you get so frustrated, I know how it is.

But try and decide if his friendship is more important than the chance of getting together with him.

I have come to the conclusion that either you try to tell/show this person how you feel, or you stay away from them for a while till the feelings simmer down. It's too hard to just continue being friends while you still have those feelings.

You can also tell him that you're bi and see how he reacts. If he turns on you then you know there is no point in telling him about your feelings and you will have to move on. But if he stayes with you and show interest then you know you have a chance.

Which ever you choose I wish you the best of luck =)

He is your friend , a good friend I take it or you would not be asking this question. He is straight. That's it, leave it alone. To tell him how you feel may make him very uncomfortable in your company. But then again not knowing him, he may be just fine knowing how you feel. The bottom line is you wont have the relationship with him you want. How much do you want his friendship is the question. Sometimes it truly is best to leave well enough alone.

good luck to you

I'm not gay, but I've had lots of crushes on people I couldn't have- a teacher in high school, for instance. You just have to accept that you'll never have a relationship with him. It will hurt, but eventually you will get over it.

Hey, don't stop being his friend.
Push that thought out of your mind completely.
You need to be honest with him.
But be careful about how you go about it.
If he's really a friend, he won't let this ruin it.
Sure, things may be weird for a while if he doesn't feel the same.
But it's better to try than to spend your whole life never knowing.
Honesty is always best.

If hes straight, the chances are you two will not have a relationship at all. If you tell him, you risk loosing his friendship. If you quit being his friend he will know something is up..... its your choice....
But hey you never know until you try right?

Are you absolutely sure he is staright? If not, tell him. You may be surprised. If he is you friend, he will stay that way. I told my best friend that I really liked and we are still friends. I know we will never be more than friends, but I wouldn't want him out of my life.

Hm, well first if he's your bestfriend, maybe you should let him know that you are bi. Then depending on how he reacts, you should then decide if you should tell him that you like him. Who knows maybe he'll end up saying "hey, i'm bi too!" lol and then you might have a chance with him. ;)
