Warren G. Harding was of black ancestry, perhaps as much as 25%. This was not a secret, as told in the biography "The Shadow Of Blooming Grove." He was chided as child by this fact, and because of it, went out of his way to make up for the discrimination. It was very evident in his physical features.

Presidents of countries? I suppose Haiti would be early on, but as often happens, presidents sometimes become dictators or tyrants, sort of disqualifying them after they ignore their next election.
How about presidents of schools or corporations? There have been a few more of those, but I'm not going to dig for that unless you specifically need it.
As for presidents of the United States--a flat, definite "none" is the correct answer. We don't do Native Americans well either.

Johnson for his welfare programs.Nixon because he treated blacks fairly(Jackie Robinson supported Nixon because he invited him to dinner and would look him square in the eye,something JFK would not do.)and Clinton for his "Hip Hop" behavior although he helped no one.GW Bush put two black Secretary of States in,a and much more but of course he gets no credit from anyone.

well they call Clinton one but we haven't really had any. i don't think we should put titles on people that they aren't really. Clinton was a white guy, people need to learn to deal with that.
