I wrote a book called Horseback Dreams. It has 8000 words for kids 8yrs old or 7yrs old. I've had two signings, (going to have a third soon) and I'm going to a book fair in the summer.
I've also met the Govoner, and a few representitives. I'm working on my second book. I'm ten. Do you think that's a success?

No I do not think so. It's only in two places because it's not formally published. It's in Borders and another bookstore.

heck yeah! great going! keep on writing. is there anywhere i could get your book??? i'm kinda old for it but i'd like to read a book written by a 10 year old.

YES. I'm sixteen. i wrote my first book with my older sister when i was seven and she was nine. we stapled it together and gave it to my mom for her birthday. that's as far as it got. i still love writing, but i will never even try to publish them. as far as i'm concerned, what i write is for me and i'm afraid somebody else won't like it. You have a lot of guts to write books at ten. I envy you for that. Keep writing. I hope you go far.

I am 14 and even i havent met the govener, and i havent written a book...

omg thats out of this world!!! thats amazing. i would totally say that is a success. the only thing i've written is poetry and essays for school, and emails to my friends.
