I don't want to disappoint you, but Newegg have them brand new for $140, I guess since their use you might get $80.

Hi. Those sticks are going for about $270 new. People are sometimes reluctant to buy used memory on eBay. But you never know. Maybe set a minimum bid and hope for a someone just dying to get that particular kind!
