I've always had white discharge throughout my whole pregnancy.. But the past couple days it has increased and became thicker.. I am 38 weeks pregnant today.. Today has been the worse.. im always feeling "wet"! i thought my water broke i was soo wet but it was white.. it goes through my underwear and everything.. It always feels like its coming out and it just keeps increasing more and more everyday!!
What do you think?? Mucous plug or just leukiorria?

Sounds like your plug coming out. It doesn't actually have to come out all at once, it can come out in chunks. This is what mine has been doing and I keep experiencing that wet feeling. My doctor assures me that everything is fine. Just give your doctor a call and note the change that is occurring they may want to see you earlier than your next appt, but I doubt it. It sounds like you are progressing normally, and that maybe labor isn't too far off, but who knows about that one.

Are you sure you don't have a yeast infection? I've had two so far in my pregnancy (I'm 26 weeks), but for some bizarre reason, they haven't caused the itching that is normally the hallmark of yeast infections. Just a heavy yellow/white discharge. I've treated with three-day courses of generic monistat both times. But I'd get it checked out by the doctor to make sure it's nothing more serious.

You may have lost your plug or your water may have broke w/o you knowing it. Either way, at 38 weeks, you need to contact your doctor right away. Good luck and congrats on the new baby! :)

ive been there! I had my first baby 16 months ago & shortly before I gave birth I had discharge then came the mucus plug. Its healthy its just your cervix changing and preparingfor delivery! I know its a grose feeling, but its totally normal. GOOD LUCK!!

I'm just 18 weeks but it sounds like it's probably your mucus plug from what i've read. I'd just call in and see if you need to do anything!

That would be the plug. It's alot like slimey snot! I know....gross, huh? That's a sign of early labor. Could last awhile.......could go quick! Never know. Good luck and congratulations!
There will be no doubt when your water breaks, you'll know!!

you could be loosing your plug...OR your water could have sprung a slow leak. I would call the doctor to get check out...better safe than sorry. good luck and congrats to you & your family!
