He's my brother, I've tried zabasearch and a yahoo profile search, I've tried searching on myspace and classmates... I've tried everything I can think of.

if you have the $$ put it on the front page of the sacramento bee newspaper. Even if he doesn't see it someone who knows him probably will. Unless he has changed his name and moved. You could also try 411
