I had surgery and there was bone tissue placed in me without knowing and I want to know what I should sue for?

ok...you'll have to go way more in to some details...what kind of surgery?...for one...and, pretty sure you signed a piece of paper that says something like..."...patient understands, at the discretion of surgeon, risks have been explained..."...unless there was actual real MALpractice, forget it...

susie's right...you got no case...none...zippo...nada...do not waste an attorney's time...

it was recalled? Like a bad pack of meat or something? lol, i'm confused. And do you have to sue? I mean, has it really caused you damage? i am sick of stupid lawsuits cause they cost us all eventually...

How could they do such a proceedure without your knowledge? You can't get a penny for that.

Okay one, they don't "put things in you" without telling you. Read your consent.
Two - what are your damages? Please don't say "emotional distress" because that is 'jump on the bandwagon' lame as to be laughable.
