Yes you can be brave in wanting to fight something or someone (guess you get that from all the adrenaline pumping in your body) and you could be scared at the same time because you're afraid of the outcome of this encounter

Fright is a necessary prerequisite to being brave. If you aren't frightened, but act in spite of the fear, then you're not brave (probably stupid, but not brave). Here's the formula I always heard:
Fear + Action = Courage

Being brave is doing somthing in the face of fear. Doing somthing that someone is not afraid of, is not bravery no matter what it is. That s no challenge at all.
Doing somthing, even though your afraid to do it, That s real Bravery.

it no longer a guy/gal concern .. i'm frightened of all kinds of bugs, canines, cats, reptiles etc etc .. yet then i had a roommate who became worse than me, while any form of stray creature wandered into our room i had to force it out, i do no longer understand how i did it ..
