Very serious question....
He asked me to help clean his place, but this cabinet he has looks like an antique and the nobs are dull.
What kind of polish should I use?
Do I polish his nob fast or slow?
How long does his nob need polishing for?

Come on Melrose, a serious question? OK, I'll try to give a serious answer.
You can always try the old spit and polish technique although perhaps some Brasso is more appropriate in this instance. It's always best to polish slowly and make sure you do those hard to reach places for a really good job. You will know when you have administered enough polishing because their will be a shiny glow about his nob.

Well, sometime the antiques can be stronger than new pieces, with a higher quality of material used. Any kind of polish will work, as long as the owner of the piece approves! I think a combination of fast and slow motion will be effective, but DON'T stop until the owner is satisfied with your work :)

lmao. Good question Melrose. My experience shows a good spit shine is your best bet. There are different polishing techniques, I prefer rotating between fast and slow and that usually does the trick and it doesn't take long at all.!!
