I don't know, you might have a problem getting into the States with a criminal record anyway, but that might just be for drug related crimes. Be honest though , its a long way to be if they suddenly find out and sack you.

doubtful disney have a name to protect and would not risk any lawsuits as a result of employing someone who could later be described as undesirable
