I believe not. That's your job.I hope going to college teaches you better planning.Should have thought about not being able to afford the car before you planned for college,

Sure - they're called "Used Car Lots". Look in the Yellow Pages under "Automobiles - Used".

Depending upon your area and laws you might want to ask a larger dealer about Consignment sales of private party cars. If one exist in your area most all dealers know about it.
