I box keeps popping up saying "the umpa lumpa owns you" and you have to click okay in order to go on with your business. Is this a virus or something? Shall I call Geek Squad? Who in the world would have thought to turn an umpa lumpa into something dangerous!

If it's a mac virus, it must be confused, I don't have a mac.

I also have this umpa lumpa thing and I also do not have a mac, i did however download AVG and did 2 scans and it didn't take care of the problem, does anyone have any other advice? I have downloaded Nortons & xoftspySE and neither of them found anything wrong with my puter. AVG however foung 181 infected files, but the Umpa lumpa is still there.. Please if anyone can I help I would be sooo very greatful.. Thank you

Any of you that have this problem here is what i did to fix my comp. when i had a virus... you go to control panel > then to performance and maintnence > then on the left side under '"see also" click on system restore and set it to the date before then virus started.... I can almost gaurentee that this will do the trick it worked for me anyhow..good luck :)

The only advice I can give is get Mac anti-virus and clean your system

I did a search on the net, found nothing that says it's a virus.

scan with avast or trendmicro free online scanner or even free avg
