With all this talk about Pittsburgh, I keep thinking of Jagr with that king size mullet. Wondering who anyone else out there thinks may have had the best mullet in recent memory in the league?

I totally agree! As soon as I read your question, Jagr came to mind. His was all business up front, party in the back. True story - I have an 8X10 glossy pic of Jagr and Lemieux standing back to back with the Stanley Cup in my classroom. At the beginning of the year, my students asked if he was a woman! I told them that he wasn't and that was the style in the early 90s...and that he was foreign and couldn't help it :) Ah, those were the days...

Let's Go Pens!!!

The best "Mullet" hands-down in NHL history has the be Al Iafrate, the slap-shot king. The reason I say this is because it was actually a "skullet," as he was considerably bald on the top, but bore a glorious mane of curly locks in the back.

Michal Handzus of the Blackhawks. Short in front for dad, long in back for the daughter mom always wanted. And fluffy!
