I need help figuring out the name of a song and who sings it?

I saw the music video for it once on CMT. In the video, he's fixing up an old house. It's like Fixing Something New or something like that. It's a newer song. (1 year or less old)

Try going on www.radioblog.com and write down the lyrics you can remember, then you can watch it and find info about it and if you still can't find it go on www.youtube.com and write down the " fixing house " and you might find it .

I listen to a lot of CM but dont watch videos. do you know any lines in the song at all?
