Do you use one cheat sheet? Do you have an excel sheet for each position? Do you dive in blind?

I like to have as much knowledge beforehand, but I only bring two sheets to the draft. One looks like this....
Round 2 Pick 20- Select either Hafner, Sizemore, or Rollins
The other has sleeper picks and looks like this...
2B- Howie Kendrick, Ian Kinsler, and Brandon Phillips
I like to use as many websites as possible like ESPN, Yahoo, and CBS Sportsline. Check out ESPN, they have mock drafts that should help you. Focus on the later rounds as much as the early ones. Below are some sites that should help. Good Luck.

NEVER dive in blind. Be organized and know what you want to do if you want to be competitive. I usually have a couple of sheets. One for positional rankings, and another for overall rankings.
In the early rounds, I tend to go for the best player available, regardless of position. I start adressing needs around the 10th.
Remember to take closers later, because they hardly ever keep their job and (in a standard 5x5 league) they only tend to effect 2-3 categories. Starting pitchers affect 4. Position players affect 5!!!! So take offense early!

Do some research and rank players organized by position. So the top whatever first baseman, top whatever catchers, etc. Cross off the names of the ones already taken and take the best available player ranked in the baseball position you need on your team.
