norm the news can't get enough of him but we haven't heard any thing about him this year so what's the deal ?

He will apply for re admission to the NFL after sitting for a year. If it is accepted he will be part of the Dolphins. (now with Ronnie Brown) in his third year they may try to trade williams. This will be interesting to see how it works.

I got your Ricky info ! he did an interview with Scott Ostler of the San Francisco Chronicle.
he has been taking his drug test from the NFL since last year when he was suspended. the NFL has kept up with him and traveled up there as well as to his home 3 times a week to test him. he even gave his Yearly trip to India up not to violate NFL drug policy. he wants to come back and play football this year.
he will petition the NFL commissioner for reinstatement, i believe on or around April 25Th a year from when he was suspended.

what happens then i don't know , from what i seen and read in the article Ricky looks like he's ready to go!

well as you know he has a broken leg from the cfl, he is still signed under the dolphins but i think its up to the commissioner and the new coach Cameron, if their smart most likely and if he is off the drugs i would take him back he is a good running back
